How Long Does Product Sourcing Take?

Timelines vary depending on the product and supplier location. For most requests, we provide an initial response within 48 hours and a delivery estimate once the supplier confirms availability.

Is There a Fee for the Sourcing Service?

Sourcing fees, if applicable, are included transparently in the final product price quote. There are no hidden charges — we will communicate all costs clearly before you commit to an order.

Can You Source Products That Are Not Yet Available in Uganda?

Yes — this is one of our key strengths. If a product is legally approved and available through international pharmaceutical channels, our team will work to import and deliver it to your facility in full compliance with Uganda NDA regulations.
